As you will be well aware, the entire country is going through a time of unprecedented struggle and uncertainty which is affecting all aspects of our lives in varying ways and to different degrees of disruption.
Our Sommelier, as a business, is proud of the service and support we provide to our customers and have strived to maintain a service from our consultant homes where possible.
From Monday 30th March 2020, we will be introducing a revised delivery service from our warehouse to all postcodes in England & Wales which will no longer be able to offer a guaranteed day for delivery. Clearly, however, our intention will remain to get your purchase to you as soon as practical.
From our warehouse perspective it is very much business as usual – albeit they will continue to receive and despatch stock with a reduced number of staff. This is necessary to allow support for staff who may have to self-isolate or other circumstances whereby they need to support their own family.
Finally, we would like to thank you in advance for both your understanding, and cooperation, in working together to see us through these difficult and challenging times. Your resilience is greatly appreciated by the entire team at Our Sommelier.

We are currently offering our customers a FREE UK Wine Delivery Service on purchases from our vintage wine cellar during this period of uncertainty and home isolation.
Our FREE delivery service will be available for the next 3 months, however we may decide to extend this gesture depending on the Government’s self-isolation guidance. There will be no double-handling when processing your order, and our warehouse will deliver straight to your door.
For those that subscribe to a monthly order of wine for the year, we will offer a FREE home delivery service for the same period if booked within the next 3 months.
We accept gift orders, and will be happy to deliver your purchase to a loved ones address with a message attached. Toast to their health and order 2 bottles while face-timing them (phone video calling), or connect with them on the ipad.
