Description:
Cassels Brut IPA is the Champagne of beer. Imagine a mashup of a crisp champagne with a hoppy Pale Ale. Our dry-hopping with Wai-iti and Necarton® hops gives a flavour punch and the addition of an enzyme to maximise the ferment has create an ultra-dry and distinctively refined brew.
