Notes: This lovely Craigellachie was distilled on 13 October 2011 (no doubt it enjoyed its trip through the distillery’s worm tubs), before it spent the following seven years in a single cask. In April 2019, the single malt was bottled by The Single Cask at 59.7% ABV, with a limited outturn of 237 bottles.
Nose: Freshly baked blueberry muffins, vanilla sponge with cream and jam, and warming nutmeg.
Palate: Fresh malt, warm toasted sourdough and milk chocolate with melted brown sugar.
Finish: Cinnamon buns, more vanilla sponge cake and a touch of dry oak.
