Tasting Notes: A South Africa white wine here, featuring a blend of Chenin Blanc, Verdelho and Viognier grapes, harvested predominantly from granite soils. The grapes are fermented in French oak, and aged on lees for 10 months. A vibrant, tropical wine. Shapely, bright and clear-cut flavours of apple, lemongrass and jasmine, with notes of plum skin and white peaches. A gorgeous, refined white blend imbued with freshness, complexity and extraordinary length of flavour. Beautiful.
