This wine is powerful with green fruit and herb-infused aromas that complement the rich, full and muscular flavours that offer superb intensity and is altogether lovely in its fashion. Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour. Slightly muted aromatics, with subtle almond and apple notes. Good acidity, with medium weight, and flavours of pear and oak. Aromas of light caramel, with wide, pear fruit and adequate acidity. More width and less precision than the ’04 Meursault-Perrieres that followed.
