Grape/Blend: Rare Red Blend (produced with the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the vineyards located in Veneto).

Description: Giusti Wine’s most iconic product, this wine is elegant, rich and enveloping, a masterful Bordeaux blend that has close ties with the land where international varieties were introduced by Napoleon Bonaparte.

Colour: Intense ruby red with light garnet hues.

Bouquet: Intense with notes of red fruit spice, vanilla and pepper.

Flavour: Full-bodied, round and persistent with soft tannins and elegant.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled meats, game and mature cheese. Excellent after a meal.

Ageing:  Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood. This takes place in French oak barriques 225 LT for a period of approximately 24-30 months. Then follows a short aging in barrels from 2500 Lt and a proper aging in bottle before release.
