Notes: From the awesome Palmas series, showcasing the evolution of Fino sherry, comes this Cuatro Palmas Amontillado from the ever-wonderful Gonzalez Byass. It’s matured in a six barrel, 45 year old Solera system, and bottled up totally unfiltered at 21.5% ABV, packed full of fruit and nuts. The single barrel produced only 150 bottles.
