Hine Rare VSOP Cognac: A fine champagne blend of more than 25 Grande and Petite Champagne Cognacs with an average age of approximately 10 years. Rare is Hine’s most delicate cognac with acacia and fruity aromas. Well balanced, mellow and delightfully smooth on the palate. Absolutely beautiful cognac.
Tasting notes: Full in flavour and extremely smooth for a VSOP. The molasses and dried fruit aromas have a rum barrel note. A round entry leads to a fruity/sweet medium-bodied of toffee, autumn fruits, and gingery spices. It finishes with a drying wave of charred wood, oak, pepper and dried fruit. The Cognac is perfectly balanced with a good grapey character. The full flavour remains on the palate for a very long time.
