Wine Description: On the nose this has notes of mandarine, dried apple, acacia honey and yellow flowers. The palate has lovely concentration with touches of ginger and lemon and that classic grip of tannin that comes from skin contact. Let this wine breathe for a bit as the air will just open it up. Best paired with Sushi.
