Notes: The Mercier Champagne House was founded in 1858 by Eugene Mercier. This Brut champagne is very popular in France, made from all three grape varietals.
Palate: Fresh, crumbly biscuits with a drizzle of honey. Stone fruit develops, particularly white peach. Quite fine bubbles, very charming indeed.
Finish: Refreshing and balanced.
