Tasting Notes: Christophe Mittnacht , winemaker and intellectual, is married to Yuka of Japan (she came to pick the grapes!). A new innovation is the “Gyotaku” which has been blended specifically for Sushi and Sashimi. A blend of 40% Pinot Blanc and 20% each of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer.
