Wine Description: This natural and beautifully unique Syrah was fermented entirely with spontaneous, wild yeasts. Unfiltered and unfined with barrel aging for 12 months in Provence Oak Barrels. These elements have resulted in vibrant raspberry and white pepper aromas followed by deep layers of fresh red raspberry, currants, almond extract and boysenberry resulting in a mouth-watering finish of seamless tannins.
