Tasting Notes:
Dominique Morel Chiroubles 2022 – a charming representation of the Beaujolais region. Wonderfully aromatic, offering an enticing bouquet of red fruits. You’ll find ripe strawberries, red cherries, and raspberries at the forefront, complemented by subtle floral notes of violets and peonies. There is also a hint of freshly tilled earth and a delicate spiciness, perhaps a whisper of white pepper, adding depth and complexity.
Chiroubles is fragrant, defined by notes of abundant red cherry fruit, alongside an expressive, poised palate with a lifted finish. Best enjoyed chilled to 13-15°C
