Tasting Notes: Subtly flinty notes, with ripe orchard fruit, a hint of sultana, oily nuts and fresh hay. From Bat Gara comes the 2018 vintage Txakoli Uno, predominantly produced from Hondarrabi Zuri, a grape variety native to Spain’s Basque Country, with a very small amount of Riesling in there too. Crisp and refreshing, an ideal aperitif.
