Cuvee des Caudalies is a special cuvee from De Sousa Champagne house. It is entirely composed of old Chardonnay vines from a biodynamic cultivation in Avize. The wine is then entirely aged in oak barrels. Cuvee des Caudalies shows a light golden robe with a few shiny glints. The nose is fine, delicately marked by woody and butter aromas. On the palate, it is mellow, elegant and has a harmonious structure. It is an edgy, piercing, pleasant and complex Champagne.
