Tasting Notes: Tropical fresh mango, tangy passion fruit and grapefruit, with lime leaf, creamy oak and white flowers.
Other Notes: A fruity, mineral Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand’s Isabel Estate. This is the 2019 Malborough, with the majority of the wine fermented in stainless steel tanks, though just 5% was fermented in French oak barrels, adding a lovely mouthfeel. A hint of creaminess alongside the minerality makes it a wonderful pairing alongside fresh fish dishes.
