Notes: Another brilliant Shiraz from Australia’s Ministry of Clouds winery, this 2019 vintage is made with grapes from two vineyards. It was rested in both new and old French oak, bringing a creamy balance to the fleshy, spicy wine. Ought to stand up very well to spicy dishes.
